1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on products that meet the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Delivery: In the event of non-delivery, please contact us within 2 days from the estimated delivery date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation, such as video of damaged items.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.
3. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed by crediting the refunded amount to the customer’s bank account. To facilitate this process, the customer is required to provide their UPI ID to our customer support team at support@cribe.in or WhatsApp at 9873463933
- Please allow 7 days business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
